I want to give a shout out to the office staff Mitao and Taylor. They were fantastic with the transfer into a different complex. I had a million questions which I'm sure was probably a big pain for them but they were fantastic. I also wanna give a huge shout out to Scott for his amazing work and answering any questions we had. He's an amazing person and I recommend him to everyone. Thank you again everyone and keep up the good work. Oh by the way, congrats to Taylor and her new baby.

I've lived here almost 16 years and the new maintenance team, James. and Scott, are awesome. My husband and I are still getting to know the new management team. Any questions we have are usually answered fairly quickly. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that the area is getting worse crime wise and the rent is beyond what this place is worth. Especially given that the complex is 50 years old and the apartments are in desperate need of new windows and sliding glass doors as well as new insulation and sound deadening between the units. And the people who aren't cleaning up after their dogs is pretty bad. I understand that it's expensive to renovate this place, but jacking up the rent to keep up with newer and better complexes isn't the way to go about keeping tenants.

Seems really nice! Just got a tour but there's plenty of room for pets to run around, BBQ, and pretty spacious. I think the pool is not open at the moment because of a plumbing problem or something unfortunately. But everything else seems awesome!

The maintanence team is amazing! Scott and James do good work. They are efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve found both of them to be very helpful and so friendly. One day I was carrying a large, awkward bundle down the stairs and James was further down the hallway. He hustled over and asked permission to carry the bundle for me. I think it is much easier to teach an adult how to fix a plumbing problem than it is to each them to be a good person. These two seem to have that trait down pat. I have nothing but the highest praise for them. My son and DIL have lived here for several years and we’ve been very appreciative of these two. Syria in the office has also been helpful.

We have been here for 9 years and we love the place. Had professional work done on June 9th 2022 on our air conditioning unit by ( Scott and John ) who are amazing. The grounds are kept up nicely and makes for a beautiful walk through the community. Would recommend the Brittany Apartments for a great place to live. Recently had a professional and fast repair by the maintenance crew (John and Scott). Grounds well kept, security good and peaceful to walk dog. Have lived here 8 years with no burglaries or car break-ins, no issues. Surrounding community is safe and friendly, neighborhood stores clean and helpful. One of the better Walmarts in the valley is just a few blocks away.

I love living here. The rent is not overpriced, the maintenance has always responded quickly to our calls. Management is always so nice to my son and I when we have to go down to the office, they make us feel at home. Moni is always so cheery when I see her around or talk to her. The residents around me like living here too, Its a nice sized complex with not too many buildings.

I have lived at this complex two separate times for a total of 4 years and this is the best complex that I have ever lived at!! The Office staff is very friendly and Trish has always taken great care of me. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and maintenance was always taken care of in a timely manor. The Brittany is a pretty good apartment complex to live at. The management is very diligent and willing to help with any maintenance or neighbor issues. The management definitely cares about its tenants, and the maintenance crew does an excellent job. For the most part I dont feel there are any hidden fees thrown around. My only complaints are, the floors are very old and squeak everywhere you step, which can become quite annoying, especially with upstairs neighbors. The other is there is no insulation in the walls, its pretty cold in the winter. Other than that, the ward is great. I would live here again, and would refer my friends.

I need to update my previous review since management and ownership have recently changed for the better at this place. We were having issues in the past with getting maintenance done since the maintenance personnel were overworked and would only come out for emergencies. The new maintenance guys, John and Scott, have been really responsive and we have been able to get most of our issues fixed. Updates and remodeling including repairing the pool seem to be ongoing and I'm genuinely looking forward to how everything turns out.

Brittany Apartments have been an awesome place to live for the last semester. It has the perfect distance from campus and center street. I love the ward and I LOVE my roommates! Some of my favorite things about the Brittany are that the laundry room is always clean, the office is always on top of things and easy to contact, the bedrooms are a great size and the bathroom setup is perfect. I have found that the stove is hard to use and parking is hard to find.

I’ve lived here going on 2 years now and absolutely love it. Rent is super cheap compared to everything around it and it’s in a good area. Management is super nice - they know who I am when I walk in and greet me by name. Just like with any apartment, if you follow the rules and pay your rent on time, you won’t have any problems. There’s a nice pool in the summer and plenty of grass all around the complex. Wish they had a hot tub but you can’t have it all I guess!

I was looking into these apartments. But rents a little steep. But the lady who answered was very polite and I was suprisured when she asked if there anything you do to make my stay there better. And I mentioned my cat moving in with me and asked her name. Most apartments wouldn't give you this much consideration but I got to say these apartments from what it seems I feel like they do care. Is vibe I got. Just too bad rent is so high. I hope to find a place as great as this place. :)

Fantastic place to live. I have been here 6 months and the staff are great. Extremely friendly, well kept area especially given the age. A great place to live. The landscaping looks gorgeous in the summer, maintenance responds quickly to emergencies, and responds as quickly as should be expected with so many units to non-emergencies. Trish and Annie are lovely. Every time I see them I have excellent conversations with them, and they make it really nice to live here. They really go to bat for their tenants. I feel safe and comfortable here, and it's quiet. I have never heard my neighbors, and they have a unit full of kids! I enjoy living at the Brittany, and will be renewing my contract! I love this place!

My wife and I lived here for 1.5 years. Our experience was great. The apartment was a good size for what we paid. We didn't really have much that needed fixing in the apartment, but when we did, the maintenance guys were on top of it. The grounds were always maintained very nicely, as well. The staff is great. The ladies at the office were always friendly; they treated everyone like family. We recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
