Best apartment I've lived in because everyone looked out for each other and the staff is always willing to help

Well maintained

I love living here. The rent is not overpriced, the maintenance has always responded quickly to our calls. Management is always so nice to my son and I when we have to go down to the office, they make us feel at home. Moni is always so cheery when I see her around or talk to her. The residents around me like living here too, Its a nice sized complex with not too many buildings.

I have lived at this complex two separate times for a total of 4 years and this is the best complex that I have ever lived at!! The Office staff is very friendly and Trish has always taken great care of me. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and maintenance was always taken care of in a timely manor. If you are looking for a great place to live this it!! Thank you for everything Brittany Apartments!!

I need to update my previous review since management and ownership have recently changed for the better at this place. We were having issues in the past with getting maintenance done since the maintenance personnel were overworked and would only come out for emergencies. The new maintenance guys, John and Scott, have been really responsive and we have been able to get most of our issues fixed. Updates and remodeling including repairing the pool seem to be ongoing and I'm genuinely looking forward to how everything turns out.
