I have lived at this property for years and absolutely love it. The property is gorgeous and has such cute character and everyone in the office, as well as, maintenance are absolute gems to work with. Management and maintenance really care about their tenants and the condition of the property and it shows. 10/10 recommend living here!

I love The Crimson, the move in process was so simple and easy. The ladies Gennoa and Taylor in the office are super helpful! It is a great apartment to live on with the friendliest community!

I really enjoyed my time living at Crimson Apartments. The leasing team was always responsive, and the Property Manager, Taylor A., was professional, helpful, and great to work with. The amenities were well-kept and added to the overall experience. The maintenance team also did a great job. Repairs were handled quickly and done well. Overall, Crimson Apartments was a nice place to live, and I’d recommend it to others.

I really do love this place. I’ve been here for over a year. The management ladies are always so helpful and sweet! The apartments are super cute, they allow pets, it’s quiet, there’s a nice pool and place for bbqing (if you don’t have your own grill), the courtyard is absolutely gorgeous and did I say the office ladies are super sweet?! Loving it here! Thanks Crimson!!!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a few months now. This has been my first apartment living experience, however, I feel it’s gone about how my expectations for apartment living have been. The application and signing process were great! We were able to get signed and moved with no issues. We actually got a better apartment than we were shown (in my opinion- I just like it more, quality has nothing to do with it). During our tour, we were given a lot of information and all our (many) questions were answered, which was great! I appreciate their transparency and quick responses (they’ve been responsive and open from the get-go!). There was an incident in which mine and many other cars were broken into shortly after we first moved in, however, I documented everything with Murray PD and Taylor with the leasing office was prompt in making sure everything was taken care of in regard to the safety and security of the residents. I can’t really blame the apartment for this, as criminals will be criminals, no matter where you are…it otherwise seems like a quiet and good area to live. I’m originally from a town with a high crime/drug rate, so by comparison, this area /complex has been phenomenal. The grounds are well-maintained and monitored by security, and I do feel safe when I’m home or out walking around (which is a new feeling for me as well since moving here!). I appreciate their care they take in making sure everyone is taken care of and concerns are taken seriously. We have had a spider problem, and this has been addressed and taken care of by Taylor and the pest control company. Bugs and spiders are inevitable, however, we don’t feel as if it’s a life-changing problem for us right now with the volume of spiders we’ve seen. We just appreciate how prompt this has been taken care of. The maintenance requests are a breeze. The people they have working maintenance are so kind and quick to work on the problems we put in tickets for. Also-all staff seems to be respectful of our space when they come in for visits or maintenance calls. I don’t worry about my personal belongings being messed with or dirt being tracked in/etc. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at The Crimson. I fell in love originally with the fireplace and bookshelf additions to the unit living rooms, and the rest is history. It’s affordable for us, we are treated well by management and other staff, our neighbors have been kind and respectful, and I’m glad we made this decision.

Shanae was so helpful and showed me around for no joke probably more than one hour. She was friendly, talkative, knowledgeable and made the place feel welcoming. I did decide to go to a different complex due to being closer to kids daycare but I wish I could take Shanae where I am moving because she was great.

I want to give a shout out to the office staff Mitao and Taylor. They were fantastic with the transfer into a different complex. I had a million questions which I'm sure was probably a big pain for them but they were fantastic. I also wanna give a huge shout out to Scott for his amazing work and answering any questions we had. He's an amazing person and I recommend him to everyone. Thank you again everyone and keep up the good work. Oh by the way, congrats to Taylor and her new baby.
