The maintenance staff (Scott and James) are wonderful! They responded to my request very promptly, replaced my toilet quickly and efficiently and were in and out in less than an hour. Great job guys!

The maintenance guys, Scott and Sam are super friendly and helpful. My issues are always resolved quickly, and the complex is very fairly priced.

We have been here for 9 years and we love the place. Had professional work done on June 9th 2022 on our air conditioning unit by ( Scott and John ) who are amazing. The grounds are kept up nicely and makes for a beautiful walk through the community. Would recommend the Brittany Apartments for a great place to live. Thank you again Scott and John for all your hard and dedicated work.
